Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in the UK. This includes the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight. We also deliver to the Isle of Man.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free. However, if you have not placed an order with us before, a one-time £15 joining fee will be added to your order.
How quickly can you deliver?
At checkout, you can select a delivery date.
If you choose a reBike, we may be able to get the bike to you earlier than the earliest date shown. New bikes are built to order and so there is less flexibility.
If you have a specific need (for example, if you need a bike in time for a birthday), please get in touch, and we'll see what we can do.
Will you give me a delivery slot?
If you order a new bike, your bike will be delivered with TNT. They do not provide a time slot but do provide live tracking.
All reBikes are sent out with Panther. They will get in touch by text the night before your delivery to give you a 2-hour delivery window. They also provide detailed live tracking, which you can use to track the van on a map.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
An adult will need to be present to sign for receipt of the bike.
If you are not in when delivery is attempted, we may need to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of booking a second delivery.
Please note that TNT sometimes attempt to deliver the bikes slightly early if they are ahead of schedule. If this happens, don't worry, as they will try again the next day.
If you need to change your delivery date, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Why do I need to complete a credit check?
As a regulated financial services provider, the Bike Club is legally obliged to make sure that our members can afford our subscriptions.
We only ever make 'soft' credit checks, which don't affect your credit rating and aren't visible to banks. If you don't pass our credit check, we will cancel your order and refund any money already taken.
How do I order a second bike?
If you're already a member, you can order more bikes to your account as usual through our website, the same way you ordered your first one.
If you order the bike with the same contact details that you used for your first bike, your new one will automatically be linked to your account. There is no need to log in.
