Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the majority of the UK, excluding the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

How much does delivery cost?

Your first delivery is completely free. There is a small additional charge for premium delivery options, such as weekend or express delivery.

How quickly can you deliver?

At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery dates.

If you have a specific need (for example, if you need a bike in time for a birthday), please get in touch, and we'll see what we can do.

Will you give me a delivery slot?

All reBikes and most of our new bikes are sent out with Panther. They will get in touch by text the night before your delivery to give you a 2-hour delivery window. They also provide detailed live tracking, which you can use to track the van on a map.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

An adult will need to be present to sign for receipt of the bike.  

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, we may need to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of booking a second delivery. 

If you need to change your delivery date, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Why do I need to complete a credit check?

As a regulated financial services provider, the Bike Club is legally obliged to make sure that our members can afford our subscriptions. 

We only ever make 'soft' credit checks, which don't affect your credit rating and aren't visible to banks. If you don't pass our credit check, we will cancel your order and refund any money already taken.

How do I order a second bike?

If you're already a member, you can add more bikes to your account by logging in through our website.
